"This is a fantastic building in a very convenient location. Sure, it can get a touch noisy during evening rush hours because an entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel is nearby, but you're in Manhattan -- expect a bit of noise anywhere you live. You'll be thankful the apartments are well-constructed and you'll not ever have to deal with noise from your neighbors. Views on floors 7 or 8 and above are fantastic. The rooftop is amazing. And the staff -- the doormen/woman, management, maintenance, etc., -- are absolutely top-notch. An extremely well-run building."
