Apartment Rentals in New York City – what you need to know.
Gothamist alerted me to a company that makes terrific prefab “houses” or sheds that can be added on to New York City houses that have the extra land in the back yard, much like the cover photo to this post. The company that creates the prefab spaces is called Kithaus and this particular installation is in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Any chance this is a no fee apartment for rent?
