Lorenzo is a veteran licensed real estate broker in New York State. With a career spanning over 35 years, Lorenzo has been deeply involved in both sales and rentals.
For many years, Lorenzo worked with Time Equities, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, involved in the conversion to co-op of buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and New Jersey.
Lorenzo also was a partner and owner of a boutique brokerage firm in Greenwich Village, Swift & Watson Real Estate, from 1986 through 1995, when Rent-Direct.com was formed.
Since the creation of Rent-Direct.com, Lorenzo has been actively involved in creating some of the pioneering online rental technologies, long before anyone had heard of the “subscription” model as a way to sell real estate rental information.
